SHIPPING
Our Shipping Policy

Shipping Details
We offer domestic and international delivery services both via Pos Laju Malaysia. Pos Laju Malaysia is a next day delivery service and it makes delivery on Monday – Saturday, excluding the first Saturday of every month and local public holidays. 

Tracking number will be provided through email once we have packed your order, you can check it by next day. If you have not received your order within 3 working days, please contact prettyshawlbyazahfandi@gmail.com to inform us.

Postage charges
A. Domestic Delivery
Postage fees for domestic delivery are as below:

  • We calculate base on weight.

  • West Malaysia – Start From RM 6

  • Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan – Start From RM 9


FREE delivery is offered for domestic orders above RM 200.

B. International Delivery
We charge based on Pos Laju International postage fees. Click here to view more information on Pos Laju International Shipping. 

Return and Exchange Policy

Items that are in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, returns will be accepted if the items are returned within 7 days of receipt (for both local and international orders). Shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer. 

Friendly reminder, NO cash balance will be refunded. Balance will be carried forward as store credit and can be used for your next purchase. 

However, customers are advised to notify us at prettyshawlbyazahfandi@gmail.com by quoting the order number and the product details.
